Future of Work

This is about how we use a systematic creative approach to create an innovation blueprint to guide us on the next big things to work on

Look inside,
Look outside,
Look ahead…

Started broad, the idea is to explore widely what is out there and possibly coming our way. We interviewed company leaders, industry experts, thought-leaders in adjacent fields, also look into new behavior driven by socio-economical trends, emerging demographics, mobility post pandemic…

Outcome: Through the signals, trends, and global forces, we distill 8 key shifts that shape the future of our lives.

Identify opportunities

Imagine the future to be fully democratized, mobility becomes enablers rather than constraints, people move away from menial to creative work, big data is becoming predictive to how we live and make decision, etc…. what lies as the new opportunities in that brand new world.

Outcome: Peeping into the future, we identified 36 opportunities and consolidated into 7 distinctive areas.

A day in the future

Anchoring into the areas of opportunities, we work on sketching out how a day looks like and focus on the touch points on how people would interact with machines and others in that future

Outcome: Through storyboarding the speculative future, we mapped out these future touch points, allowing us to prioritize areas that we have the rights to play and start building and testing these concepts of future.
